Presented for your consideration are the Introduction and Conclusion to the philosophical work Fundamentals of Transformative Magic, along with the introductions to each of its six parts. The book contains 47 chapters in total.

INTRODUCTION

In our daily lives, we are used to relying on technology, making its development a primary focus. At the same time, humanity largely ignores the vast potential of our own consciousness, including the hidden abilities and power we all possess. This is despite the fact that consciousness is one of the most powerful tools that nature has given us, and which is always with us. We just need to learn how to use it.

This work is dedicated to exploring the phenomenon of consciousness and the way it interacts with the world around us.

In essence, it offers a theoretical foundation for practical methods that can help people unlock their abilities, slow the aging process, achieve their goals, and accomplish many other things by tapping into the vast potential already within them.

The principles behind our approach come from an alternative interpretation of evidence gathered by modern science. To explain how we arrived at our conclusions, we take readers step by step through our reasoning and the scientific data on which it is based.

Such a deep dive into scientific material can make a work like this challenging to navigate, which is something we wanted to avoid. That is why each chapter begins with a simplified overview of the main ideas, giving readers a clear sense of the key points. For those who want to understand how we reached our conclusions, we provide more detailed explanations, including the scientific evidence we relied on.

This approach allows readers to grasp the essence of our ideas without difficulty, while still giving them the option to explore our reasoning in depth and judge for themselves how sound our conclusions are.

As noted earlier, our focus is on the phenomenon of consciousness and its potential, including abilities we rarely, if ever, use in our daily lives.

As of today, we know almost nothing about the nature of consciousness, where it comes from, or the possibilities it holds. Consciousness remains one of the greatest mysteries of our world.

We actually know very little about consciousness. We still do not fully understand its nature, where it comes from, or how it really works. We also do not know how unique human consciousness is, or how it differs from the awareness of other living beings. There are still no clear answers to these questions.

At the same time, a great deal of practical observations has been collected in psychology and brain research. Yet, these findings remain scattered and do not provide a clear explanation of consciousness. We still do not fully understand what we are dealing with.

Much of this is because modern science remains cautious about anything that cannot be directly measured or touched. As a result, even when phenomena traditionally considered metaphysical have a material basis and can be explained rationally, they are often left outside the scope of scientific study.

We have tried to fill this gap by approaching the subject with an open mind. Our work is based on a systematic approach, grounded in fundamental physical principles and guided by careful, logical reasoning.

We have come to the conclusion that we exist within a universal intelligent environment and function as integral elements of it.

According to our conclusions, the Universe is an intelligent, “thinking” environment. In fact, this intelligence has been built into it from the very beginning. Without it, the Universe could not exist. In other words, it is safe to say that intelligence is a fundamental attribute of our cosmos.

Our next conclusion is that there are objective preconditions for the existence of many forms of matter that we do not directly interact with. Essentially, these are parallel worlds existing alongside our own. We cannot see or sense them directly, but their presence can be detected through subtle signs and unusual effects at the edges of our reality. In theory, it might even be possible to communicate with these worlds by tapping into the energy fields where intelligent activity takes place.

Another important conclusion is that all living beings generate special energy fields around themselves. According to our model, this is where thinking actually takes place. In other words, our consciousness does not “reside” in the brain but exists within the energy field it generates. All fields generated by living beings interconnect and form a unified informational space of an energy nature, which we call the “animosphere.”

We arrived at these conclusions gradually, step by step, building on the ideas of modern science while pushing its boundaries. The most surprising discovery, however, was that what we usually think of as magic and other metaphysical phenomena also found a place within our model of an intelligent Universe.

Metaphysics is simply a part of reality that we have not yet explored, and that is closely connected to consciousness.

Of course, we are not talking about fairy tales or magical tricks, where people are turned into frogs with the wave of a wand, or genies appear to grant three wishes. That is not what we mean at all.

For us, magic is a set of practical mental techniques that, when used correctly, allow people to tap into their hidden abilities and achieve real results. In essence, it is simply a tool for working with consciousness, nothing more.

Many of the conclusions in our work go beyond traditional scientific thinking. But it is important to remember that modern science is still based on ideas developed over two hundred years ago and reflects the mindset of that era. To put it plainly, much of what we call science today is built on dogmas that need to be questioned and revised. That is precisely what we are doing by exploring the nature of consciousness.

At the same time, we are not opposing academic science. We are offering new interpretations and fresh approaches. Many of our conclusions align with modern theories in physics and psychology, as well as with the philosophical views of ancient times. The fact that the world looks somewhat different in this perspective simply highlights how limited our current understanding of reality truly is.

PART 1
MATTER AND MIND

When you try to push a heavy object or strike a hard surface, it probably never occurs to you that, from a physics perspective, you are dealing almost entirely with empty space. Yet that is exactly the case. The human body, for example, is about 99.999999 percent empty space. The same is true of everything around us.

How can that be? The explanation is quite simple. The atoms that make up the material world are, by their very nature, almost entirely empty. The nucleus of an atom and its electrons occupy only a tiny fraction of its total volume. Yet it is precisely these structures that form stones, metals, and our own bodies, the things that we perceive as dense, solid, and massive.

This example clearly illustrates how much our everyday perception of the world differs from its actual structure at the quantum level. The same may be true of our understanding of the nature of consciousness and intelligent activity in general.

To explore this question, we must begin with the origin of our Universe and the nature of matter itself.

That is the subject of the first part of this book. Here, we present our view of what the world around us really is and the principles by which it operates. Particular attention is given to key ideas from quantum physics, which may make the material somewhat challenging to read.

Although we have tried to simplify the material as much as possible, it may still be difficult to follow. The problem lies in the very nature of quantum physics, which diverges so radically from our familiar reality that it is hard to understand and even harder to embrace. Nevertheless, becoming familiar with its fundamental principles allows for a deeper understanding of the alternative view of nature we propose, which is why we devote so much attention to it.

PART 2
CONSCIOUS COSMOS

The fact that an intelligent origin stands behind the creation of our world clearly shows that mind takes priority over matter. This perfectly fits with the logic and cause-and-effect relationships we all understand.

Our own experience clearly shows that you first set a goal, plan how to achieve it, and only then take action. By the same logic, the Universe should be the result of an intentional and intelligent process rather than an accident.

Accepting an intelligent origin as a given, our next step must be to identify signs of intelligent activity within the evolutionary processes of the cosmos. Simply put, we need to determine whether there is any evidence of intentional management governing the processes unfolding in the Universe. If such intelligent activity does indeed exist, we must assess its magnitude, its exact nature, and its organizational structure.

Understanding these questions is crucial for grasping the nature of our own consciousness and our own hidden potentials, as well as what they truly are. Most importantly, they may hold the key to understanding how our consciousness interacts with the world around us.

PART 3
THE HUMAN

For each of us, the surrounding world exists only within our perception. We see it, feel it, and interpret it through the lens of our senses and the concepts that shape our worldview.

When we die, that world disappears for us as well. On a rational level, we understand that reality continues without us, but for us, it no longer matters. With our death, this world ceases to exist for us, just as we ourselves cease to exist within it.

Perhaps that is why the mystery of our origin remains one of the deepest questions we all face. Where does the soul come from? How does it connect to the world around us? Where does it go after death, and what happens to it then? Sooner or later, everyone finds themselves pondering these questions.

The truth is, we do not have solid answers to most of them, and we probably never will. But we can attempt to understand the nature of the soul by examining how it relates to the world around us, and through that, gain a clearer sense of our place within it.

PART 4
BIOLOGICAL PREROGATIVISM

Understanding the nature of the reality we live in and the forces behind its development is important for many reasons. One of them is to see our role and place in the world more clearly and, from that understanding, learn how to build relationships within society more effectively.

A good example of how cosmological worldviews and conceptions of the soul can influence the development of social norms is religion.

Built upon beliefs in divine creation, the existence of the soul, the need to follow divine commandments, and the expectation of an afterlife in which individuals are rewarded or punished for their actions, religion has played a major role in shaping the social relationships and moral codes that govern human societies.

In a similar way, our doctrine of an intelligent origin and intelligent matter, including the concept of the animosphere, provides a worldview that defines the individual's place in society and the principles that should guide their actions.

Our social philosophy is based on the principle of biological prerogativism.

The core idea of biological prerogativism is to give priority to what nature has built into us and to align human behavior with the principles that govern the world around us. We view human beings as an integral part of a rational and orderly world and believe that the more closely our actions and social structures take into account its underlying principles, the more harmonious and sustainable our society will be.

In essence, this approach calls for re-evaluating established norms and beliefs and moving back toward a model of rational behavior in society.

PART 5
TRANSFORMATIVE MAGIC

If we see the world as a unitary intelligent organism, where everything is interconnected and what happens is not completely random, then the main conclusion is actually pretty simple.

Humans are not passive objects of external influences. Although constantly affected by other people, the natural environment, society, and life circumstances, they remain active participants in ongoing processes and are, in turn, capable of influencing what surrounds them.

In its simplest form, this means that we are able to interact with the world and change it. This is not limited to physical actions alone. Because people are connected to the surrounding world through the animosphere, influence can also operate on more subtle levels, through the adjustment of states of consciousness and the modification of underlying intentions.

Another important conclusion relates to our understanding of human nature. Our body is a complex system made up of many relatively independent components. Their activities are coordinated by a multi-layered control system, with consciousness playing a central role.

Ultimately, consciousness operates with a set of “programs”, some of which are pre-installed at birth, while others are developed through the accumulation of life experience. Among these, a special role is played by programs associated with latent internal reserves, human interaction with the animosphere, and the maintenance of the body's balanced state. Gaining access to these programs through psychological techniques allows us to change their settings and to activate their functions as needed.

These principles form the backbone of the wellness system we call “Transformative Magic.” It consists of a set of psychological and physical practices designed to engage deeper layers of the subconscious mind. The primary goal of this system is to unlock the body’s latent resources, enhance health, and extend the span of active life.

PART 6
OUR INTELLIGENT NEIGHBOURS

Our world is far more complex and extraordinary than we are accustomed to thinking. At its core, it represents energy possessed of intelligence. Matter, being a derivative of this energy, is capable of assuming the most diverse forms, and the capacity for intelligent activity is one of its fundamental properties.

We exist within only a narrow slice of reality, while reality itself spans a vastly broader spectrum. At the same time, our consciousness is linked to a shared information-energy field, connecting us to all living beings on Earth.

Clearly, we are far from the only beings in this world capable of consciousness. But what do we truly know about the others?

This is no idle question. It is vital to understand who we encounter in dreams and what lies behind phenomena such as the animosphere. From whom do we receive flashes of insight and intuitive solutions? With whom might we establish contact, and how could such connections be useful to us?

Humanity searches relentlessly for intelligence in the distant Universe, but we rarely look for it in the place where we actually exist, right here on Earth. If we accept the possibility that humans are not the only intelligent life form, it is reasonable to consider that we might not be the first intelligent civilization on the planet, and probably not the last. Moreover, it cannot be ruled out that even today, we are sharing the planet with other intelligent beings. What we often dismiss as superstition, myth, or folklore may, in fact, reflect encounters with a reality that remains hidden from our perception.

When we explore the inner resources of the human organism and the phenomena that modern science places within the realm of metaphysics, we inevitably encounter the question of who or what may exist alongside us, and how interaction with them might be possible.

CONCLUSION

Knowledge is not an end in itself. The value of knowledge lies in its practical application. Understanding how the world is organized, what its fundamental laws are, and how we can use them has a direct impact on our quality of life and the choices we make.

This is why, from the very beginning, we focused not simply on collecting information, but on developing practical principles. We are interested in human consciousness, its latent inner resources, and the ways in which they can be activated. To understand how to work with this hidden potential, it was necessary to understand both the nature of consciousness and the structure of the world around us.

Ultimately, we moved beyond the narrow bounds of the neurophysiological approach and examined the phenomenon of consciousness within a broader context. This led us to the idea of an intelligent origin and of intelligent primordial energy as the universal foundation of everything, including matter.

The next step was to understand the local environment we live in, which is represented by the planetary ecosystem where everything is interconnected and interdependent. In our view, this is not a random collection of biological forms, but a complex self-regulating system.

On this basis, the concept of the animosphere was proposed as a planetary informational-energy layer that integrates the consciousness of all living beings and accumulates their collective experience. Within this model, human consciousness is not isolated but naturally embedded in a broader structure.

Next, we considered the human being as an autonomous, self-regulating system guided by a multilayered consciousness. We concluded that a significant portion of the processes occurring within the body is coordinated by programs and settings formed during the early stages of life. These programs are not fixed, because consciousness is plastic and can be purposefully reconfigured.

This means that the state of the body, the rate of aging, resistance to external influences, and the range of human capabilities are not strictly predetermined. They depend largely on internal settings, the activity of the subconscious, and the results of interaction with the animosphere.

Based on this, an expanded model of consciousness and its relationship to the surrounding world was developed. It is grounded in scientific data, empirical observations, and logical reasoning.

The practical application of this model is aimed at improving physical condition, slowing the aging process, extending active life, and expanding human adaptive abilities. Another area of application involves receiving information from the outside through the animosphere and influencing the surrounding world by activating internal resources.

We have paid special attention to ancient practices traditionally classified as magic and metaphysics. Stripped of their mystical shell, they emerge as psychological and psychophysiological techniques aimed at working with the subconscious, altered states of consciousness, and a deeper integration of the individual into planetary and collective processes. In essence, these are early forms of applied psychotechnics, adapted to the worldview of their time.

If we approach this knowledge without prejudice and examine it critically, some of the ideas passed down to us from ancient times may prove to have practical value. Just as traditional medicine has been partially integrated into modern medicine, certain practices of magic and shamanism can also be reinterpreted within the context of modern psychotherapy.

The model we have created cannot be considered a finished doctrine. In essence, it is a working theoretical framework for further development, experimental testing, and the preparation of practical techniques. Within the Xitonia movement, it serves as the foundation for psychotechnical practices aimed at slowing aging and expanding human potential.

This work is the second, revised, and expanded edition. We continue our research, accumulating and reevaluating related information. Therefore, our philosophy will continue to evolve.

We would also like to emphasize that this work does not contain practical tips or recommendations; these are covered in our other publications. This book serves as a foundational blueprint for our movement. Its sole purpose is to present a holistic vision, explain key concepts, and introduce the scientific rationales that underpin it.
